(Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The appellant has filed a suit in O.S.No. 3 of 2008 on the file of the District Court, Thiruvarur, for partition. The said suit has been dismissed. Challenging the judgment and decree, the appellant has preferred an appeal suit before this Court.

2. The petitioner has filed a petition for interim injunction at the time of admission and informed the Court that petitioner has lost its case before the trial Court but no interim injunction was granted by this Court.
