It is informed by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the entire amount of gratuity has been paid to the Petitioner by the Second Respondent. He has also filed a memo dated 30.09.2020 through email to that effect, which is placed on record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition.
