This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.9014 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12266 of 2022, dated 05.07.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.9014 of in Crl.O.P.No.12266 of 2022, dated 05.07.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in two months at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
