Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that out of Rs.8,79,994/- falling under the computation of pension, Rs.3,65,143/- alone has been paid along with interest and the balance amount of Rs.5,14,851/- has not been paid till date.

2.Opposing the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner is eligible to get only Rs.3,65,143/- towards computation of pension and the same has already been paid. He would further submit that altogether Rs.23,00,000/- has been paid and that there is no due amount towards retiral benefits.

3.When the respondents have fully paid the retiral benefits to the petitioner, the contempt petition is not maintainable. Since the learned counsel appearing for

the first respondent states that entire amount has been paid, this Contempt Petition stands closed granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter in the manner known to law before the appropriate forum, if he has any further grievance.
