This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 08.03.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.5723 of 2024 to execute sureties.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and three weeks time is extended to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
