This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner dated 11.12.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for demarcation of boundaries.

2. Heard Mr.K.Uthayanithi, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. The petitioner is relying upon the settlement deed dated 05.12.2020 registered as document No.3939/2020. The petitioner is also relying upon the sale deed executed in his favour on 04.10.2024. registered as document No.4304 of 2024. The petitioner submitted an application for conducting survey in the subject property after paying necessary charges. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 11.12.2024 and conduct the survey in the subject property based on the tile document. If there are rival claims, such survey shall be conducted in their presence. This process shall be completed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
