defendant in document no.4723/2003 executed by 1st defendant in favour of 2nd defendant in document no.4724/2003, release deed executed by 2nd defendant in favour of 3rd defendant in document no.2345/2006, release deed executed by 3rd defendant in favour of 2nd defendant in document no.2346/2006, sale deed in favour of K.N.Brahma Nayagam, and B.Shanthaa in document no.2618/2006, settlement deed in favour of Vidhya Muthulakshmi, in document no.1466/2015 all on the file of S.R.O Kodambakkam, Chennai-24 as null and void and not binding on the plaintiffs.
b) to divide and all the shares of plaintiffs jointly in plaint schedule properties more clearly mentioned in the schedule.
c) for cost of the suit.

JUDGMENT
When the matter was taken up for hearing on 13.07.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the plaintiffs and hence, the matter was posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 20.07.2023. Even today, (20.07.2023) there is no representation on behalf of the plaintiffs either in person or through the counsel on record. Hence, the Civil Suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
