2023-04-27Honourable Mr Justice A.D.Jagadish Chandira2 pages

Crl.M.P.No.6085 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6077 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA.,J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.6077 of 2023 to stay at Ramanathapuram and report before the Ramanathapuram Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learend Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that this court, while granting bail to the petitioners, had directed them to stay at Ramanathapuram and report before the Ramanathapuram Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m., until further orders. However, the petitioners had violated the condition and entered into the jurisdictional limit of the respondent Police and also involved in another offence under Section 307 of IPC and they have been arrested and they will be remanded today. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. 27.04.2023 vkr Page No.1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
