When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the petitioner has received the notice dated 28.07.2016 from the Inspector of Police [Crime], J-10, Chemmancherry Police Station, Sholinganallur, asking him to appear for enquiry with necessary records.
