Learned counsel for the respondents submits that an order dated 23.01.2018 has been passed by the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation, Coimbatore, Erode Region, stating that the terminal and retirement benefits due to the petitioner has already been settled.

2. The said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents is recorded. It is open to the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned, if he has any other grievances. In the circumstances, since the terminal and retirement benefits due to the petitioner has already been settled, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
