Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions from the respondent Police submitted that, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 08.07.2016, petition enquiry was conducted and closed on 09.07.2016. A copy of the Closure Report is served to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner, to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
