Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to set aside the order in Crl.MP.SR.No.2027/2024 dated 11.03.2024 (on the file of the Principal and Sessions Judge, Chennai) and consequently direct the lower court to extend the time to deposit 20% of total compensation amount to the credit of C.C.No.968 of 2015 on the file of Trial Court.

2. The petitioner herein sought for extension of time to comply with the condition imposed by the Appellate Court, while suspending the 1/3
sentence imposed by the trial Court. This is the petition filed after the time granted for suspension of sentence, hence, the lower Appellate Court has dismissed.
3. In view of the above, this Court finds no reasons to interfere in the order of the lower Appellate Court. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
