This Application is filed seeking leave to file the suit against the 5th and 6th respondents and in respect of some of the suit schedule properties, which are outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. On examining the draft plaint, it appears that the suit is for partition and most of the items of the suit schedule properties are situated within the jurisdiction of this Court. Likewise, except respondents 5 and 6, the other respondents are within the jurisdiction of this Court.
