ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to calculate the amount payable under the SBI OTS policy. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.It is brought to the notice of this Court that already appropriate orders have been issued by the Tribunal to the Bank to consider the case of the petitioner and the same is also under consideration.

4.In such view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition, in view of the order already passed by the Tribunal. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
