(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner had earlier filed an anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P. No.2630 of 2020. Learned counsel for the petitioner had argued in detail and found that this Court was not convinced to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, he sought for withdrawing the petition and the same was permitted to be withdrawn by this Court on 05.03.2020.

2. Now the petitioner has again filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail. This Court is very well aware of the facts of the case and not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. When this Court is about to dismiss the petition, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
