O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 10.06.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by one Sundar Raj against this petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.76 of 2016 before the 2nd respondent Police. While so, the petitioner has sent the present complaint dated 10.06.2016 by post.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in-person and lodge a fresh complaint before the 2nd respondent police, along with this order containing the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 10.06.2016. On receipt of such complaint, the 2nd respondent police is directed to enquire into both the complaints and take action in accordance with law, based on whichever complaint is true.
