This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of directing the third respondent to correct the mistaken entries found in the settlement records in respect of land in R.S.No.204/7 of Bahoor Revenue Village and to enter petitioner and his family members names as pattadars in light of observations made by Learned I Additional District Munsif, Puducherry in the Decree and Judgment dated 18.03.2016 in O.S.No.1627 of 2012.
2. The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that for the very same prayer the petitioner filed another writ petition in W.P.No.22901 of 2019, the said writ petition was disposed by this Court on 07.11.2019. Therefore, the present writ petition became infructuous.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Consequently, the connected W.M.P.No.27023 of 2016 is closed.
