This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner instead of to stay at Tiruvannamalai District and report before the Town Police Station, Vettavalam daily at 10.30 a.m. imposed in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.8440 of 2024 by order dated 05.04.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner.

Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
