This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 11.06.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, counter party also lodged a complaint in respect of property dispute between the petitioner and the counter party. Therefore, the second respondent already referred both the complaints before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Mannargudi. The Revenue Divisional officer, Mannargudi issued the proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C.
