Crl.R.C.No.681 of 2020 M.NIRMAL KUMAR.J., This matter is listed under the caption 'for being mentioned'' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.When the matter in taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a typographical error in the cause title of the order dated 09.12.2020, i.e., the crime number has been stated as "Crime No.355 of 2018" instead of "Crime No. 355 of 2020". Therefore the same may be incorporated in the order dated 09.12.2020. 3.Heard.

4.In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, Registry is directed to incorporate the Crime Number 355 of 2020 instead of Crime No. 355 of 2018 and issue a fresh order copy to the parties concerned.
