ORDER

The petitioner was appointed as Elementary School Headmaster on 01.07.1966 at Kollimalai Panchayat Union Elementary School in Namakkal District. He was, later on, promoted as Middle School Headmaster on 01.07.1987. He retired from service on 30.09.1989 on attaining the age of superannuation.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that when his juniors are getting more pay, he is not given the benefits of G.O.No.1652, Education Department, dated 26.10.1987. Though he made a representation to the respondent on 15.05.2015 in this regard, there was no reply. Thus, according to the petitioner, he has no option but to approach this court by way of this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
