Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to appoint Receiver to take custody of the schedule mentioned property and to direct the 1st respondent to give police protection on taking custody of the possession by the Receiver pending disposal of I.A.No.1 of 2017 in A.P.No.30 of 2016 before sole Arbitrator more particularly state out in Judges Summons.

This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: The learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application and makes an endorsement to that effect.
