O R D E R

(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The installation of high voltage electricity post in the alleged rain water storage sources on the basis of photographs scrutinised shows that it does not impede the flow of water in any way nor storage system. We are thus not inclined to exercise any jurisdiction in the Public Interest Litigation domain.

2. The writ petition accordingly stands closed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
