ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of registering false cases against him, or by way of enquiry and subjecting him to frequent threat. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by one Kishore Kumar, petition enquiry is pending against this petitioner.

4. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
