The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the revision petition has been filed against the docket order dated 08.11.2017. Subsequently, the Court below taken up the interlocutory application in I.A.No.11783 of 2016 in O.S.No.4636 of 2016 and the same was dismissed on 06.09.2019. A copy of the order passed in I.A.No.11783 of 2016 has been placed before this Court for perusal and the same is taken on file.

2. In view above submission and the copy of the order passed in I.A.No.11783, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
