Heard Mr.B.Kumarasamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. With the consent of either side, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner seeks for direction to consider the representation dated 29.09.2014 and to demarcate his property. The petitioner has acquired the property pursuant to the sale deed executed by the Sub-court, Sathyamangalam and he has also put in possession in pursuant to the order passed by the executing court. Now the petitioner seeks for demarcation of the property.

3. In the light of the above, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2014 after issuing notice to the petitioner and his neighbouring land owners and effect demarcation of the property in accordance with law. The said direction shall be complied within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
