[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to produce the petitioner's elder daughter viz., K.Poovarasi D/o.Krishnamoorthy, aged about 19 years, before this Court.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submits that the detenu K.Poovarasi was secured and was handed to one Dhayanithi, with whom she was in love with, on 04.09.2020. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
