By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner claims that he has put up a superstructure on a house site admeasuring to an extent of 6 cents in Survey No.94/7A at Nallavanpalayam Village and Post, Tiruvannamalai District, and is residing there for the past 40 years. The petitioner would further state that while subdividing Survey No.94/7A, he was issued with a patta in respect of Survey Nos.94/7A1 and 7A3, and however, patta was wrongly issued in favour of one Mr.Gopinathan, the third respondent herein, in respect of Survey No.94/7A2, and also the fourth respondent was issued with a patta in respect of Survey No.94/7A4.

3.It is the claim of the petitioner that the respondents 3 and 4 have nothing to do with the lands in the above said Survey Numbers, and pointing out the mistake committed by the concerned Revenue Official, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 26.3.2015, to the first respondent and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition. 4.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.S.V.Duraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.

5.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, and without going into the merits of the same, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 26.3.2015, in accordance with law, after putting on notice the respondents 3 and 4, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 3 and 4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
