ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to cancel the separate patta Nos.226, 471, 484 and 38 issued by the 4th respondent in the name of the 5th respondent more fully disclosed in the prayer to the writ petition, based on her representation dated 05.01.2026. 2.

According to the petitioner, the 5th respondent had obtained illegal patta Nos.276, 471, 484 and 38 in his name for the properties more fully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with this writ petition in support of the petitioner's case. This

Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the same. 3.

The petitioner seeks for cancellation of Patta Nos.226, 471, 484 and 38 through this writ petition. The petitioner had also given a representation on 05.01.2026 to the official respondents requesting them to cancel the aforesaid pattas standing in the name of the 5th respondent. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.

Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse orders are passed against the 5th respondent, notice to the 5th respondent is dispensed with. 5.

No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the 5th respondent and any other third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 05.01.2026 seeking for cancellation of patta Nos.226, 471, 484 and 38 for the properties more fully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the 5th respondent and any other third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
