ORDER

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action and also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.Permission is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty sought for by the petitioner, is granted. No costs.
