Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 8 to disclose and publish in the official website of Tamilnadu Government or in any mode of publication in respect of 50% seat vacancy available in respect of the candidates to be selected through Selection Committee under Government Quota and in the Management quota in all Master of Surgery in Obstetrics & Gynecology as well as other PG Courses both Masters and Diploma, especially the PG Clinical courses available in the private Medical Colleges, in the vacancy position for the PG admission 2016-2017 session, to enable the medical students / doctors aspiring to obtain admission in the medical obstetrics and gynecology course and other P.G courses in accordance with his / her merit in the rank published.
