The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in para 21 of the order dated 29.04.2022 in W.P.No.1311 of 2021, it has been mentioned that in pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the writ petitioners 2 and 3 therein/ respondents 2 and 3 herein had participated in the interview under Special category, however, the writ petitioners 2 and 3 had participated under General Category and not under Special Category. It is further submitted that no written examination was conducted for the Law Officers, including the writ petitioners 2 and 3, who had participated in the promotion process for Special Category for the year 2021-2022 and hence, no examination results are to be published by the petitioner Bank for the Specialist Officers including the writ petitioners 2 and 3 and therefore, to that extent prays for suitable modification in para 21 and 22(i) of the order dated 29.04.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the respondents have not controverted to the aforesaid submission and further submitted that as against the order passed by this Court, the first petitioner has filed a writ appeal and the same is pending.
3. In the light of the aforesaid submission, Para 21 of the order dated 29.04.2022 is clarified that the writ petitioners 2 and 3 / respondents 2 and 3 herein had participated under General Category. In the light of the fact that https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Jvm no written examination was conducted in the Special Category and only group discussion and interview is conducted for the officers who participated in promotion process for the specialist cadre, no prejudice would be caused in modifying para 22(i) of the order of this Court. Therefore, para 22(i) of the order of this Court dated 29.04.2022 stands deleted.
4. In the light of the fact that writ appeal is pending as against the order passed by this Court, it is for the parties concerned to agitate all their grounds in the pending writ appeal. Hence, this Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
