ORDER

This writ petition has challenged the suspension order of the third respondent, in and by which the petitioner, who was a student in the third respondent-college undergoing his graduation in B.A.(History) was suspended from attending the college and was prevented from writing the examination.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that an order of interim stay was granted by this Court to the impugned order and therefore, the petitioner has been attending the third respondentcollege and has also written the examinations conducted by them. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. However, at the same time, he would submit that liberty may be granted 2/4

to the petitioner in case in future the third respondent-college does not allow him to attend the college or write the examinations.

3. After recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition, in case he is not allowed to attend the third respondent college or is prevented from writing the examination in the near future.
