ORDER
This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court by an order dated 20.05.2021 passed in Crl.A.No.277/2021, and by which, this Court has directed the Petitioners to appear before the Respondent-Police, daily 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. When this Petition came up for hearing, the Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) today, on instructions, submitted that the Petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition as directed by this Court by an order dated 20.05.2021.
3. In view of the above, this Court modifies the condition requiring the Petitioners to report before the RespondentPolice, daily at 10.30 a.m., to one requiring the Petitioners to report before the Respondent-Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and accordingly, the Petition is ordered.
