This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.4072 of 2024, dated 21.02.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4072 of 2024, dated 21.02.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four months and thereafter, on all hearing dates, without fail.
