Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue Patta in the name of the petitioner, who is the present owner of the said properties, as per the deed partition, registered as Document No.11689/2024, registered in the office of the Sub-Registrar, Avadi, Thiruvallur District, with respect to the land measuring 1.48 acres, comprised in S.No.275/1 part (Eastern Portion) of Mothirambedu Village, Poonamallee Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue Patta in the name of the petitioner, who is the present owner of the said properties, as per the deed partition, registered as Document No.11689/2024, registered in the office of the Sub-Registrar, Avadi, Thiruvallur District, with respect to the land measuring an extent of 1.48 2/5

acres, comprised in S.No.275/1 part (Eastern Portion) situated at Mothirambedu Village, Poonamallee Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and giving them personal opportunity of hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
