Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to grant petitioner the benefits of revised pension from the year 2006 based on the recommendations made by the 3rd respondent by his letter dated 28.07.2014 bearing No.Na.Ka.No.1306/2013/C-1 and also based petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2014 and consequently direct the first respondent to sanction petitioner the revised pension benefits from the year 2006.

O R D E R

The petitioner functioned as Revenue Assistant and on attaining the age of superannuation retired on 30.06.2012. According to the petitioner, he was not given eligible pension after revision, besides other retirement benefits like DCRG and arrears of pension.

2. The 3rd respondent recommended the case of the petitioner. The first respondent time and again made certain remarks. The 3rd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent appears to have answered those remarks. However, follow up action was not taken by the first respondent to revise the pension payable to the petitioner. The petitioner is therefore before this Court.

3. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 03.12.2014 on merits and as per law and in the light of the recommendation made by the third respondent by proceedings dated 28.07.2014. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
