This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28416 of 2023 on 20.12.2023.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six months.
