Crl.M.P.No.6697 of 2024 in Crl.A.SR.No.20947 of 2024 M.DHANDAPANI, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 17 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal against the sentence of conviction passed in Spl.S.C.No.292 of 2022 by learned Sessions Judge, Principal POCSO Court, Salem vide judgement dated 24.01.2024.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has no objection to this petition being allowed.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
