This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 26.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 26.08.2015, it is seen that, this petitioner has borrowed money from a Finance Company and according to the petitioner he has paid the entire amount, inspite of which the Finance Company is demanding more money.

4. In a case of this nature, no positive direction can be issued to the Police to register an F.I.R., It is always open to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
