Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- There shall be an order of interim stay on condition that the petitioner shall deposit the arrears of maintenance at the rate of Rs.7,500/- per month from the date of filing petition till date as ordered by the Court below into the credit of M.C.No.26 of 2016 on the file of the learned Principle Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppur, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Post the main case on 17.04.2018.
