Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from implementing the notification ref.No.104192/P&D/2/2/2024 dated 24.03.2025 on the file of second respondent establishment of Multi Speciality Dental unit in Tambaram G.H and redeployment six dental doctors without due process of general counselling based on seniority by considering the representation of the petitioners dated 27.03.2025 and 03.04.2025 respectively, in accordance with law to secure the ends of justice.

For Respondents : Ms.M.Sneha Standing Counsel in W.P.No.11937 of 2025 Mr.K.Tippu Sultan Government Advocate in W.P.No.13782 of 2025 C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioners have filed these writ petitions seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from implementing the notification ref.No.104192/P&D/2/2/2024 dated 24.03.2025 on the file of the second respondent establishment of Multi Speciality Dental Unit in Tambaram G.H. and redeployment six dental Doctors without due process of general counselling based on seniority by considering the representation of the petitioners dated 27.03.2025 and 03.04.2025 respectively, in accordance with law. 2.The learned Standing Counsel and the learned Government Advocate would submit that if the post which is referred to in proceedings dated 24.03.2025 is permitted to be re-deployed, then immediately after the Government Order for re-deployment is issued, the respondents would conduct transfer counselling to fill up the above 2/4

re-deployed post at Multi-Speciality Dental Unit at Government Hospital, Tambaram as Satellite Peripheral Unit. 3.I have given my anxious consideration to either side submissions.

4.In view of such fair submission, this Court direct the respondents to re-deploy the post referred in proceedings dated 24.03.2025, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such re-deployment, within a period of two weeks, the respondents are directed to conduct the transfer counselling.

5.With the above directions, the writ petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
