ORDER
In this Revision petition, the petitioner assails an order dated 05.05.2022 in I.A.No.4 of 2022 in O.S.No.3376 of 2022 on the file of XIXth Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.

Although the petitioner prayed for setting aside the above mentioned order, it is stated on behalf of the petitioner that it would be sufficient if the XIX Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of the pending I.A. expeditiously because the case would be rendered infructuous if there is delay in disposal.

In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, the respondents would not be prejudiced if notice is not issued to them. Accordingly, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. The XIXth Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of I.A.No.4 of 2022 in O.S.No.3376 of 2022 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
