(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) Considering the fact that the petitioner's grievance can be redressed only if the Vending Committee is made as a party, this petition seeking to implead the proposed party as the third respondent in the main writ petition is ordered as prayed for.

Mr.D.B.R.Prabhu, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice for the newly impleaded respondent and seeks time to file counter in the main writ petition.

3. Registry is directed to carryout the amendment and list the main writ petition after three weeks for filing counter.
