The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 above to extend their permission and police protection to the above said Sri Vinayagar Chathurthi Festival Committee, from 08.09.2016 to 11.09.2016, as organised by the Local Kamaraj Nagar Youth Wing Members and General Public @ Utnangarai Town, Krishnagiri District, based on their representation date 31.08.2016.

2. The petitioner seeks police protection to the above said Sri Vinayagar Chathurthi Festival Committee, from 08.09.2016 to 11.09.2016, which itself is over as such the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellanous petition is closed.
