This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the the respondents to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 04.09.2015 and investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented that the petitioner had lodged a complaint by post to the respondent Police and on the said complaint, petition enquiry is pending. Hence, the third respondent Police is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and take action in accordance with law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari V. Government of Uttarpradesh and others reported in (2014) 2 SCC1.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
