Heard Mr.R.Chandrasekaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Dhananjayan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing the matter for about sometime, expressed that the writ petitioner will face the disciplinary proceedings and if he is aggrieved out of the final decision taken, he will initiate appropriate action under law. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the learned counsel sough for permission for withdrawal of the Writ Petition.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
