W.M.P.Nos.11991 of 2024 & 11993 of 2024 in W.P.No.35898 of 2023 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., Miscellaneous Petition in W.M.P.No.11991 of 2024 has been filed by the petitioner in the writ petition seeking to permission to amend the prayer in the writ petition as "calling for all the records on the file of the 2nd respondent by way of Na.Ka.No.281/2021/A3 dated 22.11.2023 and on the file of the 1st respondent in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.1003/2023/A3(Block 2) (2) dated 12.12.2023 and to quash the same and by directing the respondent to pay compensation in respect of SurveyNo.33/1, Singanallur Village, Coimbatore Taluk and Coimbatore District to an extent of 14.6 cents" INSTEAD OF "calling for all the records on the file of the 2nd respondent byway of Na.Ka.No.281/2021/A3 dated 22.11.2023 and quash the same and by directing the respondent to pay compensation in respect of SurveyNo.33/1, Singanallur Village, Coimbatore Taluk and Coimbatore District to an extent 14.6 cents" while the other miscellaneous petition in W.M.P.No.11993 of 2024 has been filed

by the petitioner in the writ petition seeking permission to raise additional grounds.

Heard Mr.A.Sundaravadhanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in both miscellaneous petitions and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.Palanimuthu, learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent in both miscellaneous petitions.

3. In respect of the land acquired in the very same survey number there had been a private negotiation with the co-owners of the land and they had been paid compensation and whereas in respect of the acquisition of land belonging to the petitioner award has been passed adopting different yardstick. Considering the nature of the reliefs sought and facts and circumstances of the case, these petitions are ordered.
