JUDGMENT

(Delivered by Dr.ANITA SUMANTH.,J) This writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn on an endorsement made by Mr.M.Balasubramanian, learned counsel on record. 2.

We agree that rights of the parties must be decided at the very earliest since both the parties are stated to be senior citizens. Hence there is a direction to District Munsif, Madurantakam to dispose of suit in O.S.No. 15 of 2024 within 15 months from date of filing of written statement by the present appellant.
