This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4308 of 2024 on 04.03.2024 to report before the Cantonment Police Station, Trichy everyday at 10.30.a.m.m for a period of ten days and thereafter report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
